GPS Tracking Device
A GPS tracking device is generally a small-sized data logger, which can communicate the device’s exact location within a few feet. GPS tracking systems are linked to satellites orbiting the Earth that act as signal receivers and transmit the tracker’s position to a home station. Current GPS tracking devices available on the market are associated with mapping software that enables the user to monitor the location of the tracking device either in real time or as a historical trackback.
GPS tracking devices have for multiple purposes such as fleet or vehicle tracking, cargo and container tracking, asset tracking, personal tracking, law enforcement tracking and more.
